Sublimation printing is the process of printing on specialized paper, and transferring those prints to fabric using heat and pressure to convert and bond dye inks to fabric fibers.
In addition to using the latest, state-of-the-art equipment, a key distinction of Through6 is that we print on individual cut pieces of fabric (cut & sew), where most others print on a generic, pre-sewn blank. This allows for the perfect coverage of ink and the ability to manage your artwork across the individual pieces of the garment.
Polyester fabrics allows you to achieve high vibrancy prints with sublimation printing.
