INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Please be advised that each country has their own COVID-19 Pandemic guidelines and/or restrictions. Please be mindful of this when calculating your transit times and advise your customers accordingly. T6 is not responsible for pandemic related delays and/or restrictions applied.
T6 highly recommends that ALL shipments have a telephone number and email address for the recipient.
If you have questions regarding the guidelines for a specific country, please go to the postal service for that specific country.
This is particularly important if your customer has selected Standard International Postal service This means the package will ship via the USPS to the international country. Then the government Postal Service of the international country will take the package to the end destination.
If the package is shipping via another carrier (Fedex, UPS, etc), please go directly to that carrier’s website to track the package. www.fedex.com or www.ups.com

Through6 (T6) is not responsible for delays due to Acts of God (weather, COVID-19, etc) or acts of war/political strife.
Please note that if you are using your own shipping account, that you must have your order ready to ship at the time you place your order (no holds, all international shipping documents prepared and ready to go). T6 will not be responsible for 3rd Party Holds and document delays and/or inaccuracies..
If you are using T6 as your fulfilment service, T6 will handle the appropriate standard international shipping documents. If you require anything outside of a COO (Certificate of Origin) and a Proforma Invoice, you will be responsible for providing that to T6 at the time of placing your order.
