Why are my orders pending?

The Pending Orders page the default start point for any eCommerce orders for an account. This page exists to ensure the orders coming from your store can be reviewed for accuracy, fraud, or simply to delay the time it takes to release for production, in case you have other operational needs prior to confirming the order.

Once an order is paid and released for production, full order cancelation or edits are not always possible - so this pending status can be an important phase for ensuring order accuracy.

That said, most brand owners will enable the Auto-Approve setting once they are confident and comfortable in their stores integration with Through6.

If you do not see an order on your portal dashboard, or via the search feature, then it may simply be held in your Pending Orders page waiting for review.
