Operational Transition — Service Changes & Catalog Impact

As part of Through6’s ongoing efforts to improve quality, maintain pricing stability, and expand production capabilities, we are transitioning our primary operations from Garden Grove, California to a new facility in Baja Mexico. This move allows us to streamline production, access a highly skilled labor force, and improve consistency & turnaround times. While change can be disruptive, this is a big leap forward for us—and for you. Ultimately, we’re building a stronger and more efficient Through6 to serve you better 🚀


During this transition, several temporary and permanent changes will take effect across our platform and services. Please review the details below carefully:


Catalog Changes


Suspended Styles (Temporary)

Certain styles will be temporarily suspended while production capabilities are calibrated and quality benchmarks are met in the new facility. These products will be unavailable for new designs and orders during this period but are expected to return once production resumes.


Discontinued Styles (Permanent)

A large portion of the Through6 catalog will be discontinued indefinitely. This decision follows an internal analysis of catalog-wide sales performance. Styles with consistently low or no order volume are being removed to reduce complexity and increase efficiency on our production line.


The impacted styles will no longer be available for design or order creation effective immediately. We are focused on fulfilling all orders on system currently, though we request you take immediate action to disable the available of impacted styles in your storefronts immediately.

We understand this may impact select products for some partners and regret any disruption this may cause.

Order Edits (Temporary Policy Update)

We are now allowing a 3-hour grace period after order submission to make edits via the portal before orders are released to production. Once this window has passed, orders can no longer be canceled or altered.

The following changes apply:

  • Order cancellations via portal will be allowed for 3 hours only. After that, the option will be disabled.
  • Shopify order cancellation requests will only pass through automatically within this 3-hour window.
  • Edits to product details (e.g., size, color, quantity) must also be made within this grace period.

Manual requests may still be submitted to [email protected], but we cannot guarantee timely processing once the 3-hour window has closed. We strongly encourage verifying all order and product details before submission.


Neon Printing (Temporarily Unavailable)

Neon printing will be temporarily disabled until the specialized hardware is reestablished in the new facility. Neon-flagged products will still be printed, but in standard ink. Please update any customer-facing merchandising to reflect this temporary change.


Shipping Service Adjustments (Temporarily Disabled)

Changing the shipping destination or carrier service within the portal is currently disabled.

Order Merging (Temporarily Disabled)

Order merging via the portal is temporarily unavailable. Manual requests can be submitted to support, though fulfillment timing may limit our ability to accommodate merges during this period.


Will Call Orders (Discontinued)

Will Call pickup service is permanently discontinued as part of the facility relocation. All orders will be shipped directly to their intended recipients. Local pickup will no longer be available.
