Integrating with Amazon - Shopify sales channel

Our system automatically identifies Amazon orders on our system. You can follow these instructions if you are a client who uses the Amazon sales channel in your Shopify store.

1) FOLLOW SHOPIFY SETUP PROCESS

If you haven’t already, you can read Shopify’s guidance on setting up and processing orders using the Amazon sales channel:

2) SET THROUGH6 AS THE FULFILLMENT SERVICE FOR AMAZON PRODUCTS

You will then need to edit all Amazon products in Shopify, to ensure they have the fulfillment service set as “T6”. This will allow your orders to import successfully into our Order Management System. You can refer to Shopify’s website for further guidance on setting up a fulfillment service.

3) YOUR ORDERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY IMPORTED AND TRACKED

Once you have integrated with Through6, we will automatically import your Amazon sales channel orders that are marked with “T6” as the fulfillment service. These Amazon orders will be marked and tracked accordingly in the Through6 Order Management System.
