Through6 Portal Migration Walk-Through

Note: The below will only apply once your account is migrated.

We're beyond excited to be rolling out our brand new Through6 Portal, and want to offer a brief walk-through of what to expect in the migration process for a smooth transition!

How to I get on the new system?

If you haven't already migrated and are having trouble accessing your account on the new portal, see below on how to navigate signing on to the new portal:

  • You will receive an email from Through6 asking you to "confirm" your password with us, to choose a new secure password for the new portal.

  • Once a password has been chosen, you will be able to use it to login to your new portal at https://account.through6.com
  • If you did not receive an email reset, or the link in the original email is expired, you can manually prompt this process by simply heading to https://account.through6.com and choosing to reset your password on the login page.

What's different about the new portal?

For all intents and purposes, your daily use of the portal will not change outside of a few key differentiators.

  • You will no longer login via https://t6ordermanager.com, so please adjust all bookmarks to https://account.through6.com accordingly.
  • You will enjoy a new catalog navigation experience that allows for faster search, discovery and education of the wide array of styles Through6 produces.

Will I lose access to anything?

Not at all. All orders, products, and designs will be exactly as they are on the old portal. 

However, if you notice anything that looks out of the ordinary, do not hesitate to reach out.

Anything else to expect? Yup!

All other aspects of your account management will be the same as your old portal (for now), however we're hard at work developing new and innovative ways to support your business.

In that eternal pursuit, below is a short list of just a few of the ways we aim to do that in the near future:

  • Faster product design tools beyond templates requiring external software
  • Automatic product preview renders for quick digital reference and immediately available and highly polished marketing assets
  • Enhanced administration controls for adding/removing/managing users within your accounts
  • Optimized payments and invoicing center for easier access to historical records
  • More detailed analytics and better visibility and resolution for order issues
  • ... and much much more!
