Through6 is an on-demand, full cut & sew, vertical manufacturing facility, specializing in innovative sublimation and direct-to-garment apparel. This is all made possible by our seamless and revolutionary technology.
1) CREATE UNIQUE PRODUCTS USING YOUR DESIGNS
Our innovative technology gives you full control over your designs and the way they are placed on products. Create unique products in your Client Portal, with endless style and design combinations at your fingertips. It's your designs, on your garments, your way.
Once your products are created, you can begin placing orders. You can even integrate your Shopify store, so your customer’s orders are automatically pushed to us for production in real-time as they are placed.
Your orders are then processed and ready to be produced locally at our headquarters in Southern California.
2) PRINT
Your designs are then printed using our wide range of sublimation and direct-to-garment (DTG) machines.
Through6 sublimation styles let you unleash your creativity with all-over printing, customizing the complete look of your product.
Our DTG machines run on premium water-based inks with zero toxic odors. DTG products are pre-treated and cured, locking in your prints and enhancing the washability of your garments. We recommend using our premium Through6 blanks, which are all designed, cut & sewn right here in Southern California.
With our rigorous product testing and development, you can expect consistent, high quality garments that are never out of stock.
3) PRESS
Every Through6 product begins as a roll of fabric, which is cut into panels ready for your designs.
Your sublimation prints are individually pressed onto these panels using a roller press (no flat pressing here!), eliminating discoloration and white blanks in the process.
4) SEW
Your sublimation printed panels will then run through our designated, efficient sew lines, where they are transformed into garments.
5) TRIM & FINISH
Garments are inspected through our rigorous quality control process, then trimmed, steamed, folded, and packed.
6) FULFILLMENT
Shipping is made to be simple with easy to understand flat rates and the ability to customize your own packing labels. Remember, there will never be Through6 branding on any materials that go to your customer!
