How do I change my invoice email opt-out preferences?

If you have unsubscribed from receiving invoice emails or would like to, please refer to the instructions below for how to edit these preferences.

Instructions for accessing invoice email preferences

  1. Open the last invoice email pdf sent to you by Through6
  2. Click on 'Manage Email Preferences' at the bottom left
  3. On the page that is opened, under Account Management: 
    • Opt in by selecting NO, meaning you will receive invoice emails
    • Opt out by selecting YES, meaning you will not receive invoice emails
  4. Save preferences
